Remembrance Day Sunday Roast Buffet at Barbary — 2026

Sunborn Gibraltar hosts a Remembrance Day Sunday roast buffet at Barbary Restaurant on Sunday 8 November 2026, from 1pm to 4pm.

Buffet menu

Hot mains include slow-braised beef with red-wine gravy, lamb with rosemary and thyme, baked salmon with lemon and dill cream sauce, and white fish with Mediterranean tomato sauce. Roast accompaniments include potatoes, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower cheese with béchamel, seasonal mixed vegetables, Yorkshire puddings and traditional gravy.

The live cooking station offers grilled sea bass with lemon butter and grilled beef steak, with peppercorn sauce and garlic butter. The children’s corner includes pizza, mini beef burgers, mini hot dogs, French fries, chicken nuggets and penne with tomato sauce.

The salad buffet includes Greek salad with feta and olives, Italian pasta salad, quinoa and roasted vegetables, classic potato salad, and a Caesar salad corner with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, croutons, Parmesan and Caesar dressing. Crudités and pickles include carrots, cucumber, celery, cherry tomatoes, gherkins, pickled onions and olives, with hummus, tzatziki and garlic mayonnaise.

Desserts include apple crumble with custard, chocolate fudge cake, carrot cake, chocolate mousse, fresh fruit salad and assorted ice creams. White and wholemeal rolls, artisan bread and garlic bread are served with butter and olive oil.
