ILM-Recognised Emerging Leaders Course

The ILM-recognised Emerging Leaders Course takes place at the GFSB, 122 Irish Town, on 24 and 25 November 2026, from 09:30 to 15:30 each day.

This interactive and experiential course is designed for new managers, experienced managers and rising stars who want to strengthen practical leadership skills with ILM-recognised learning.

Course modules include:

  • Leadership and management.
  • Performance management.
  • Conflict management.
  • Difficult conversations.

Participants will work on:

  • Improved communication and delegation.
  • Conflict resolution and stronger self-awareness.
  • Practical leadership abilities for everyday management situations.

The course is delivered by Jo Abergel, an ILM-recognised trainer with more than 30 years' experience and a strong Gibraltar training background.

  • Fee: GBP 599, including ILM recognition, lunch and refreshments.
  • Venue: GFSB, 122 Irish Town.
  • Dates: 24 and 25 November 2026.
  • Times: 09:30 to 15:30 each day.
