Cayetano del Pino Sherry & Food Tasting Gibraltar

Vinopolis Gastrobar hosts a Cayetano del Pino Jerez Sherry & Food Tasting on Wednesday 18 November 2026, from 19:30 to 21:00. Teresa del Pino, Distribution Manager at Bodegas Cayetano del Pino, introduces the wines and shares their story, character and tradition.

The experience costs £50 per person and pairs four sherries with four courses:

  • Fino: Iberian ham, cheese and olives.
  • Amontillado: boletus, egg yolk and poultry jus.
  • Palo Cortado: slow-braised beef cheek, demi-glace and truffled potato purée.
  • Cream: mini orange-infused brioche torrija with vanilla crème anglaise.

Spaces are limited and advance RSVP is required. Venue: Vinopolis Gastrobar, 30 John Mackintosh Square, Gibraltar.
