New Moon Blue Lotus, Yin Yoga and Sound Journey at MAYA Spain

Heart Space hosts an evening of tea, yin yoga and sound at MAYA Studio, Sotogrande, on Sunday 8 November 2026, 6–8:30pm.

The programme begins with a Blue Lotus tea ceremony, gentle breathwork, meditation and intention-setting. A slow yin yoga practice follows, before a sound journey with crystal singing bowls, flute, shamanic drum, guitar and other instruments. You are welcome to bring a journal for reflection.

  • Regular admission: €40 per person.
  • The organiser also offers bookings with a friend at €30 each.
  • Advance reservation is required; places are limited.
  • MAYA Studio, Shopping Center Sotovilla II, Avenida del Conchudo, Local 1B, Sotogrande.
