Cacao & Conscious Connected Breathwork at MAYA

Cacao & Conscious Connected Breathwork at MAYA Spain

Laura of Love hosts a cacao and guided Conscious Connected Breathwork workshop at MAYA Studio, Sotogrande, on Sunday 25 October 2026, 11:30am–1:30pm. Tickets: €45; sale ends 24 October at 1:30pm. Advance reservation is required.

The programme includes ceremonial cacao, intention-setting, guided breathing with music, reflection and grounding. Sharing is optional.

Arrive ten minutes early. Bring water, wear comfortable clothing and avoid strong fragrances; a journal is optional. The organiser recommends a light meal one to two hours beforehand and no heavy meal immediately before. Its participation disclaimer requires sobriety and no alcohol or non-prescribed/recreational substances for at least 24 hours.

Organiser’s participation conditions: disclose any relevant condition before attending and consult your healthcare professional about suitability. The organiser lists pregnancy; asthma; epilepsy; detached retina or glaucoma; uncontrolled high blood pressure; cardiovascular disease or a previous heart attack; the listed mental-health conditions (mania, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, paranoia, psychosis or depersonalisation); stroke, TIA, seizures or other neurological conditions; immediate-family aneurysm history; prescribed blood thinners; psychiatric hospitalisation or an emotional crisis within ten years; osteoporosis or unhealed injury; acute somatic/viral illness; COPD stages II/III; decompensated chronic or terminal illness; intolerance of oxygen insufficiency; cancer unless IHT is doctor-prescribed; and low impulse control. Pregnant participants are told to obtain their primary-care physician’s approval. Participants accept responsibility for their physical and emotional wellbeing and associated risks. The organiser describes this as complementary practice, not a replacement for medical care or clinical therapy, and makes no guarantee of outcomes.
