Traces of Humanity: Where Science Meets Art is a talk by contemporary visual artist Andrew Carnie, taking place at the Gustavo Bacarisas Gallery in Gibraltar on Wednesday 1 July at 7pm.
The presentation will focus on Carnie’s studio practice and its close engagement with contemporary science and the body, exploring how artistic research can help shape the way we understand the complex world around us.
As part of the Traces of Humanity programme, the event offers audiences an opportunity to consider the meeting point between visual art, scientific thought and human experience, bringing together creativity, observation and reflection in a cultural setting connected to Gibraltar’s wider heritage and artistic community.
