
Tuna Festival at Cortijo Santa Maria 1962 is a seasonal tasting experience dedicated to local bluefin tuna and the flavours of southern Spain.
The menu combines Andalusian produce and Al-Andalus inspiration through dishes including tuna ceviche, tuna-cheek tagine and Tuna Rossini, followed by regional cheeses and seasonal desserts. Advance booking is recommended.
