Slipping Through My Fingers comes to Gibraltar for two performances at Inces Hall Theatre after a successful Brighton Fringe run.
The play follows Maggie, Lou and Amelia across three generations as Alzheimer's takes hold and the family faces memory, motherhood, grief, love and the difficulty of letting go. The story is inspired by the real-life experience of writer and director Alex Louise, alongside her mother and sister, during her grandmother Aileen's battle with Alzheimer's and dementia.
Written and directed by Gibraltarian Alex Louise, the production is presented by Beware My Sting Productions and features Jules Craig as Maggie, Sarah Widdas as Lou and Emma Howarth as Amelia, with Seerche Deveraux as assistant director.
