Bluefin Tuna Ronqueo Experience at Udaya Beach Club

Udaya Beach Club brings the traditional art of Bluefin Tuna Ronqueo to Eastern Beach for a one-night food, wine and music experience. A master Ronqueador from Barbate will carve a whole Bluefin Tuna live, giving guests a close look at the centuries-old technique and the different cuts prepared throughout the evening.

The tasting has been designed to showcase the fish from nose to tail through eight courses, each matched with a carefully selected wine. The beachfront evening also includes live DJs and Udaya's relaxed beach-club atmosphere.

Expect a menu built around a variety of Bluefin Tuna cuts and preparations, including tuna tartare, carpaccio, chicharrones, grilled cuts, tuna ribs, San Jacobo and bao buns, alongside other specialities created for the night.

Premium Bluefin Tuna cuts will also be available to buy on the evening for guests who would like to take part of the experience home. Places are limited, so advance booking is recommended.
