Senior Chef de Partie
The Rock Hotel is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join its Food and Beverage team in Gibraltar.
The role includes managing a kitchen section, maintaining preparation and presentation standards, supporting junior kitchen staff, working with Sous Chefs on daily operations and menu items, maintaining hygiene and HACCP standards, controlling stock and waste, and helping with training across the kitchen. Candidates should have two to three years of similar experience, relevant culinary training, a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, good knowledge of HACCP and allergen procedures, strong organisation and communication, and a proactive team-oriented approach.
