The Rock Hotel is looking for enthusiastic professionals to join its Food & Beverage team.

The hotel is currently recruiting for two positions: F&B Supervisor and Waiter / Waitress.

The F&B Supervisor role is ideal for a hospitality professional with previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage. The successful applicant will help supervise restaurant operations, support the team, and ensure high standards of guest satisfaction.

The Waiter / Waitress role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering attentive, professional service to guests.

Applicants should have a passion for hospitality, previous experience in Food & Beverage, excellent customer service skills, fluency in English, and the flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude are also important.

Applicants must be a UK or EU national and hold either a valid Gibraltar residency and ID Card or valid Spanish residency.
