E1 Suites & Spa is looking for a Host to join its team in Gibraltar.

Guests and visitors to the aparthotel and spa are accustomed to high levels of customer service, and the E1 Host role is focused on maintaining that standard from the moment guests arrive.

The successful applicant will help oversee the smooth running of hotel operations and the E1 reception desk, supporting the aparthotel's targets and helping to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining excellent service standards for guests and visitors.
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the E1 reception desk.
• Helping manage parking facilities and inventory.
• Assisting with minor guest requests.
• Reporting maintenance and health and safety concerns.
• Identifying opportunities to promote the facilities and services available throughout E1 Suites & Spa.
• Leading confidently when a manager is not present.

Applicants should have:

• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
• Additional languages, which would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• A proactive approach and the confidence to lead when needed.
• A positive team attitude and the ability to motivate colleagues.
