Rdentify Connect is looking for Customer Support Agents to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and working in a support-focused environment. The successful applicants will communicate with customers by email, live chat, and phone calls.

Full training will be provided. The role is office-based in Gibraltar and offers an immediate start.

Applicants must be able to work various shifts, with the possibility of weekend work.

Shifts Available:

• 8:00am – 4:00pm
• 4:00pm – Midnight
• Midnight – 8:00am
• 5 days a week

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Comfortable dealing with customers by email, live chat, and phone
• Able to work various shifts
• Weekend availability may be required
• Office-based in Gibraltar
• Immediate availability preferred
