Customer Services Representative
Sapphire is looking for a dynamic and outgoing Customer Services Representative to join their front-line support team.
This role is ideal for someone who can confidently represent the company, communicate clearly with customers, and help ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded. The successful applicant will provide information about products and services, review or make changes to customer accounts, listen and respond to customer needs, and record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
The role also involves working closely with accounts and technical departments when needed, providing support by phone, tickets, and face to face, as well as handling returns or complaints and referring customers to the appropriate supervisor or manager where necessary.
Applicants should be confident working under pressure, have experience with CRM applications, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A full driving licence for a car or motorbike is required. Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential, while a good level of written or spoken Spanish would be an advantage.
