Customer Experience Agent
Lobster Mobile is looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join their fast-growing telecoms team on a full-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a customer-focused environment. The successful applicant will handle customer queries by phone and email, support mobile and fibre services, resolve billing and technical issues, identify sales opportunities, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Applicants should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and be comfortable with shift work. Previous customer service or contact centre experience would be preferred. Being bilingual would be considered an advantage.
What you’ll do:
- Handle customer queries by phone and email
- Support mobile and fibre services
- Resolve billing and technical issues
- Identify sales opportunities and earn commission
