Rock Photos is looking for a dynamic, friendly, and energetic individual to join their team in a full-time role.

This position would suit someone who enjoys working with customers, has a positive attitude, and is comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful applicant will be involved in customer service, sales, design customisation, website stock management, and general shop upkeep.

The role includes helping customers choose products, understanding their design requirements, suggesting ideas, handling orders in person, by phone, or online, and creating or editing designs using software such as Photoshop or Canva. Duties may also include adjusting logos, adding text, preparing artwork for print, monitoring website stock, restocking items when needed, keeping the workspace clean, maintaining machines, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Applicants should be mature, well-presented, responsible, and able to work independently while providing excellent customer care. A good command of written and spoken English and Spanish is essential. Experience in retail sales or a similar role is required, along with confidence using computers, Microsoft Office, and POS tills.
