Bentley Investments Gibraltar is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to support day-to-day maintenance operations across its residential, commercial and mixed-use developments in Gibraltar.

Working closely with the Technical Maintenance Manager, senior management, contractors and on-site staff, this role helps ensure that estates remain safe, well maintained and presented to a high standard. It is suited to someone with practical maintenance experience who is ready to move into a supervisory position while combining hands-on knowledge with contractor coordination and estate oversight.

Key responsibilities include helping to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple estates, acting as a first point of contact for routine maintenance issues and technical enquiries, liaising with contractors, suppliers and internal departments, monitoring contractor attendance and workmanship, carrying out regular inspections of buildings and estate facilities, identifying maintenance requirements, assisting with preventive maintenance planning, supporting emergency call-outs, and contributing to fit-outs and improvement projects across the portfolio.

Applicants should have previous experience in property maintenance, facilities management, building services or a related field, along with strong computer literacy, a good understanding of general building maintenance and contractor management, and the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions. Strong organisational and communication skills, a practical approach, attention to detail, and a professional, dependable manner are essential. A full driving licence is preferred.
