Rock Hero is recruiting an organised Dispatch Coordinator who can stay calm under pressure and keep its deliveries moving in Gibraltar.

Pay and working hours

• £22,500–£26,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Full-time, permanent role.
• Eight-hour shifts between 9am and midnight.
• Five days per week on a rotating rota, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery fleet in real time.
• Assign orders to the right driver at the right time and track live orders.
• Support drivers on the road and resolve issues.
• Help customers with their orders by chat and phone.

Skills and experience

• Excellent knowledge of Gibraltar’s roads, areas and traffic, including shortcuts, one-way systems, school-run congestion and frontier traffic, is a significant advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and make quick decisions.
• Confidence using apps and dashboards.
• Customer service or logistics experience is a bonus, but training will be provided to the right person.
