Receptionist
The Rock Hotel is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality who enjoys welcoming guests and helping ensure they have a smooth and enjoyable stay. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for hotel guests and will help deliver a high standard of guest service.
Duties include greeting guests on arrival, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, handling guest enquiries, making reservations, answering phone calls and emails, assisting with special requests, processing payments, resolving guest issues professionally, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments.
Applicants should have fluency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment. Familiarity with hotel management systems such as Opera and office software such as Microsoft Office would also be beneficial.
