The Rock Hotel is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join their team for evening hours.

This role is ideal for someone proactive, reliable, and detail-focused, with experience in housekeeping or a cleaning-related role. The successful applicant will help ensure guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and high-quality experience throughout the hotel.

Duties include responding to guest requests for amenities, pillows, or linens, providing professional turn-down service, maintaining high standards in public areas such as the lobby, bar, terrace, and pool areas, and working closely with Reception and Food & Beverage teams when urgent cleaning support is needed.

The role may also involve maintaining staff areas and offices, assisting with evening room refreshes, late departures, and priority room servicing.

Applicants should be punctual, able to work independently, use initiative, communicate well, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in housekeeping or a cleaning-related role
• Hotel experience would be an advantage
