Customer Service & Design Assistant
- Providing customer service and sales support in person, by phone and online.
- Helping customers choose products, understand their design options, suggest ideas and handle orders.
- Creating or editing designs using software such as Photoshop and Canva.
- Adjusting logos, adding text and preparing artwork so it prints correctly.
- Monitoring website stock and restocking when needed.
- Keeping the shop workspace clean, maintaining machines and helping everything run smoothly.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Spanish.
- A mature, well-presented and responsible team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience in retail sales or a similar role.
- Confidence with computers, including Microsoft Office and POS tills.
- The ability to bring knowledge and new ideas to the team.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently, with excellent customer care skills.
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
