The post highlights bookings, guest enquiries, communication, organisation, customer service, and confidence promoting memberships and wellness services.

Previous reception, hospitality, spa, or customer service experience is preferred. Applicants should have strong communication and multitasking skills, a passion for wellness, fitness, and luxury hospitality, and a professional, positive, team-oriented attitude.
