HM Government of Gibraltar seeks a Supply Cleaner for its Department of Education. Pay is £25,634 annually, pro rata, paid monthly in arrears.

Applicants need lawful Gibraltar employment eligibility and fluent English. Relevant rights under the Withdrawal Agreement, EEA EFTA Separation Agreement, Swiss Citizens’ Rights Agreement and other applicable arrangements are recognised. Availability is required throughout the year; hours may change, including school holidays.

Reporting to the School Attendant, duties cover sanitary fittings, bins and waste, ground-level windows and glass, furniture and equipment, carpets and floors, kitchens, walls and doors, graffiti and chewing-gum removal, and floor polishing. Follow cleaning and safety standards, wear supplied protective clothing, and undertake other duties appropriate to the grade.

The vetting form lists a £10 fee; responsibility for payment is agreed between employer and applicant.
