Technical Maintenance Manager
Bentley Estate Management is seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Maintenance Manager to oversee technical and maintenance operations across its residential and commercial estates in Gibraltar.
This role is responsible for ensuring buildings, systems and facilities are maintained to a high standard while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of developments and delivering an excellent experience for residents, tenants and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day technical maintenance operations across multiple estates, coordinating on-site maintenance teams, contractors and specialist service providers, managing planned preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring statutory compliance works are completed on time, responding to technical faults and emergencies, reviewing quotes and technical reports, maintaining accurate maintenance records, identifying opportunities to improve systems and building performance, and supporting refurbishments and new equipment installations.
Applicants should have proven experience in maintenance management or a technical facilities role, a strong understanding of M&E systems, building fabric, contractor practices and health and safety requirements, and the organisational and communication skills needed to coordinate teams and manage a fast-paced workload. A hands-on, solution-focused approach and confidence using maintenance reporting systems and digital tools are also important.
