Superfoods is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for its network of food and retail businesses in Gibraltar. The role involves leading teams, organising staff rotas, training colleagues, managing stock and suppliers, and ensuring every shift runs to a high standard.

Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality or retail is essential. Applicants should be calm, organised and able to lead by example. Spanish language skills are an advantage.
