JFM Shine Group is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join its team in Gibraltar on a full-time basis.

The company has a team of more than 70 employees and is looking for an organised, proactive HR professional with previous experience who wants to keep developing in a growing business.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30.

Start: Immediate.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Administering contracts, employee files and employment documentation.
• Monitoring attendance, holidays and sick leave.
• Ensuring compliance with Gibraltar employment legislation.
• Managing employee relations and supporting performance evaluation.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Supporting management with workforce planning and talent development.
• Coordinating training and professional development actions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Human Resources role.
• Junior to mid-level profile with desire to keep growing professionally.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage several priorities.
• Fluent Spanish and English essential.
• Good IT and administrative skills.
• Residence in Gibraltar or the Campo de Gibraltar area.

No relocation package is offered.
