Betfred is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer for its Gibraltar office.

This full-time permanent role involves supporting hardware, software and user access requests, managing incidents through to resolution, setting up and rolling out new equipment, monitoring systems and responding proactively to alerts, and working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.

Applicants should have strong knowledge of PC hardware and troubleshooting, experience in IT support or service desk environments, an understanding of incident management and ITIL principles, and strong communication skills. The shift pattern is Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 18:00.
