Are you detail-oriented, passionate about finance, and excited by the intersection of traditional banking and crypto?

We're looking for a proactive Operations Administrator to join our team in a flexible Full-Time role with options for Gibraltar, Malta, or Remote arrangements!

In this role, you'll sit right at the heart of our operations, acting as a key bridge between our Trading, Tech, and Finance teams and external partners like banks and exchanges.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Central Liaison: Collaborate across internal teams and external financial partners to keep operations running smoothly.

- Payment Processing & Reconciliation: Handle timely internal and client settlements while working alongside Trade and Finance to resolve outstanding items.

- Client & Query Support: Provide professional, prompt support for client requests and manage stakeholder updates with care.

- Tech & Innovation: Support employee access and security workflows, while researching new payment methods to enhance our client experience.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience or background in payments (familiarity with rails like Blockchain, SEPA, FPS, SWIFT, or Fedwire is a big plus!).

- Curiosity and interest in trading, cryptocurrency, and banking.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and handling client interactions with care.
