About Spirit of the Rock
The Spirit of the Rock distillery produces a unique hand crafted gin called Campion, after the iconic flower which grows wild on top of the Rock… and nowhere else on earth. It’s a London Dry Gin packing a punch at 48% ABV: as high as we think you dare go without losing the full flavour profile. Well rounded with a good balance between base notes of Juniper and Coriander, the citrus notes, of orange and lemongrass, and the spices of cassia, cinnamon, and cardamom. A flourish of Moroccan rose buds elevates the profile, which is finished by the carob pods natural creaminess. Best served cool with a slice or zest of orange. It is strong, smooth, and sophisticated, and is the only genuine Spirit of the Rock, that is made in Gibraltar.

Amazing experience, great story!

Purchased for the first time this week and it did not disappoint. A delicious gin with unique fragrant richness. We couldn’t find suggested Fever Tree but used Schweppes with slice of orange & half a cinnamon stick. A perfect Christmas GnT. Can’t wait for my next one! I love that it’s unique to Gibraltar using the campion flower and carob. Highly recommended.

Thanks so much to Peter for making all our personalised wedding favours, it was a 5 star service, and for all is help with all the rest, he made our wedding a very special day.
Mr and Mrs Robertson.

10/10 would recommend. We absolutely loved this gin tasting experience and would definitely go back as well as recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more about history of Gibraltar and gin. One of the most entertaining experiences I have been to in a long time and such good value for money. We bought the gin to take home and it was very affordable. Peter, the host, was very engaging and had a ...
