The Gibraltar Distillery Company is home to our range of unique spirits. We invite you to visit us for a free tasting experience and be entertained by true stories illustrating the wonderfully rich history of Gibraltar. Discover the legend that is Spanking Roger, learn about his contributions to the war effort during the Great Siege whilst tasting our London Dry and Pink Gins. Enjoy a sip of our Single Malt Whisky, Blackstrap Cove, whilst listening to a story of the history of trade in Gibraltar. Finally, re-live the last moments of Admiral Horatio Nelson’s great battle with our Caribbean Spiced Rum, Trafalgar 1805.
We are very proud to share that our spirts are award winning and have received bronze, silver and gold medals in ‘London Spirits’ and ‘International Wine and Spirits’ competitions. All of our spirits are presented in souvenir packaging that tells our stories, making them the perfect souvenir, gift or keepsake for your visit to Gibraltar.
Following your tasting, take some time to look around our bespoke collection of souvenirs including a wide range of historical books, commemorative memorabilia and homeware. We also offer a range of branded gift items including bespoke t-shirts, glassware and gift options.
Need some advice about what to do during your visit to Gibraltar? We’d be happy to offer recommendations for your visit on dining, things to do and shopping. We are here to help.
Our store is located on the Upper Balcony of Grand Casemates. A historic building, British-built and engineered, that previously served as an army barracks and was designed to be bomb-proof. The safest place to house our amazing spirits.
