Tai Chi Chen Style in Gibraltar continues to grow, and due to the success of recent sessions, a new beginners group is starting on 5 January 2026.

To welcome new students, Tai Chi Chen Style is offering two free trial sessions, giving beginners the opportunity to experience the practice before committing. These sessions focus on balance, posture, controlled movement, and breathing, helping participants build confidence and wellbeing at their own pace.
