Bentley Investments Gibraltar is expanding its team and is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Operative to support its property management portfolio in Gibraltar.

This role involves carrying out day-to-day repairs, basic diagnostics and planned maintenance across buildings while working safely, neatly and with minimal disruption to residents and tenants. It is open to experienced multi-trade operatives as well as motivated candidates with core practical skills who are keen to learn, with training provided.

The role would suit a proactive and adaptable problem-solver who takes pride in high-quality work, communicates clearly with residents and colleagues, and is comfortable managing a varied workload. Key skills include practical experience in at least two of the following: basic plumbing, basic electrical work, carpentry, painting and decorating, tiling, and minor HVAC or air-conditioning tasks. Applicants should also bring fault-finding ability, a preventative maintenance mindset, good understanding of health and safety, strong customer service, time management and record-keeping, confidence using work-order apps, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Spanish language skills and a full clean driving licence would be an advantage.
