The Bridge is looking for a talented and passionate Barman to join their team at one of Gibraltar’s exclusive cocktail bar and lounge venues.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable customer experiences, has a passion for cocktails and high-quality service, and can work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Applicants should preferably have previous experience as a barman, knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology, and strong communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate should be reliable, well organised, a good team player, and attentive to cleanliness and food safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barman preferred
• Passion for cocktails and high-quality service
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organised, and able to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to cleanliness and food safety
• English language required
