The role is focused on delivering outstanding treatments and creating memorable guest experiences, with wellness, beauty and personalised care at the heart of the service.

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience in a luxury spa, hotel spa or high-end salon environment.
• Is confident providing a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments.
• Can deliver facials, massage therapies and body treatments.
• Has a strong passion for customer care, retail sales and building long-term client relationships.
• Is sales-driven, with excellent communication skills.
